Where does my data live? Is it GDPR-compliant?
Servers are in the EU, run by us in Lisbon. Wifi codes, door codes and guest data sit behind the private link — never on the public page, never indexed by Google. You can export or delete everything from your dashboard at any time.

Yes. Send us your existing guidebook (PDF, link, or Notion export) and we'll set up your private page from it. Free, on the Welcome plan or above. Most migrations take less than 48 hours.

Does white-label cover the domain too, or just the look?
On Manager, white-label covers both. You can run gstl.ink from yourdomain.com (CNAME), with no gstl.ink branding visible to your guests. Your own SSL is provisioned automatically.

What happens to my reserved name if I cancel?
It stays yours. As long as you keep at least the free Welcome plan active, the name is reserved for life. If you fully delete your account, we hold the name for 90 days before releasing it.

Can guests access the private page after they leave?
No. Each guest gets a fresh URL — k7m9x → p2n4r → h8j6c. When their stay ends and you trigger the next update, the previous link returns a friendly "this stay has ended" page. Nothing leaks to the next guest.

I don't speak English. Is the dashboard in Portuguese?
Yes. The dashboard is in Portuguese, English, German, French and Spanish. Your guest pages auto-translate based on the visitor's phone language — but you write them in the language you're most comfortable in.
