Where does my data live?
Our servers are in the EU (Amsterdam). Door codes, WiFi and guest details sit behind the private link — never on the public page, never indexed by search engines. You can delete a property and all its data from your dashboard at any time, and ask for a copy or full deletion of your account at privacy@gstl.ink. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
I already have a guidebook (PDF, doc or app). Can I move it?
Yes. Most hosts copy their check-in instructions, WiFi and recommendations in about 10 minutes. If you'd rather not, send your existing guidebook to hello@gstl.ink and we'll help you set it up.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains and white-label are on our roadmap for the Manager plan. Today every page lives at gstl.ink/yourname.
What happens to my reserved name if I stop paying?
It stays yours while your page is active — on any plan, including the free one. If you delete the property, the name becomes available again.
Someone took a name that belongs to my business. What can I do?
Write to hello@gstl.ink with proof that the name is yours — your listing, licence, website or registered trademark. We tell the current holder and give them 14 days to respond, and we can pause their public page while we review. If the name is yours, we move their page to another name and you can reserve it. The details are in the "Names" section of our Terms.
Can guests access the private page after they leave?
Only until you rotate the link. One tap in your dashboard creates a new private link, and the previous one shows a friendly "this link has expired" page — so nothing leaks to the next guest.
Is the dashboard in my language?
The dashboard is in English for now. Your private guest page translates automatically into your guest's phone language (30+ languages), so you can write in whichever language you're most comfortable in.
