I'm Gonçalo, the founder of gstl.ink. I write the guides for hosts on this site. You can reach me at hello@gstl.ink.
Why I built it
I came to this from the guest's side. Too many arrivals started the same way: scrolling back through a booking chat to find the door code, opening a PDF, or typing a code that no longer worked. The host had written everything down. It just wasn't in one place when I needed it.
gstl.ink is my answer: one link per property, with a public page for anyone and a private page for guests, with the door code, WiFi, check-in and local tips. The host can switch the private page to a new link between stays, so the next guest never sees the last one's details.
Why the guides are free
You don't need software to write a good welcome message or clear check-in instructions. The guides are templates and step-by-steps you can copy and use anywhere: in your booking app, in a printed welcome book, or on a gstl.ink page.
How the guides are written
- For hosts, from the guest's side: what a guest needs to read, and when.
- I use AI tools to help draft and edit them, and I check every guide before it goes up.
- No made-up numbers. The guides don't quote statistics or studies, and they don't promise anything gstl.ink can't do today.
- The date at the top of each guide is the date it was last really changed.

The company
gstl.ink is run by Wonder Flamingo Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal (EU). The app and its data are hosted in the EU. This website doesn't use cookies: visits are only counted as totals. Read the privacy policy and the terms.
